Global distributor and wholesaler Alliance Entertainment Holding Corp. has acquired Handmade by Robots, a brand best known for its line of vinyl collectibles.
The acquisition is consistent with Alliance Entertainment’s focus on expanding its licensed product portfolio and further growing its collectibles division.
Alliance Entertainment acquires Handmade by Robots from Bensussen Deutsch & Associates LLC (BDA). BDA and Alliance Entertainment will jointly support the development of Handmade by Robots.
Handmade by Robots produces vinyl figures that mimic the look of knitted or crocheted plush toys. The company has licensing deals with famous franchises such as DC Comics, Ghostbusters, Harry Potter, Star Trek and Stranger Things.
