The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom has arrived on Nintendo Switch, bringing an incredible new chapter to the series of the same name. Now it’s Princess Zelda’s turn to save Link, so stock up on smoothies mixed by your friendly neighbor Deku and start exploring the biggest version of Hyrule in a top-down Zelda game. If you find that your materials are used to create restorative in-game materials, press the pause button and select the Amiibo menu. The Legend of Zelda Amiibo figures unlock crafting materials as well as some additional outfits for the heroine. We’ve rounded up all the Legend of Zelda Amiibo figures you can buy today below, including discounts on Zelda and Loftwing figures inspired by Princess Zelda’s appearance in Skyward Sword.
Link has been used as the inspiration for more Amiibo characters than Princess Zelda, but there are six Zelda characters (counting Sheik). Most Zelda Amiibo figures are also available at retail now, but be sure to grab the Zelda and Loftwing Extra Large Amiibo before they sell out at Walmart.
Three Amiibo dolls can be scanned every 24 hours. Select Amiibo figures unlock three variations of Zelda’s in-game clothing. You can get these costumes in different colors without the Amiibo figures, but you might prefer the Amiibo variations.
You need the Princess Zelda Amiibo to unlock her blue costume (worn in Ocarina of Time). Scanning any Link Amiibo will unlock the hero’s red coat – a fitting choice based on the Link character designed in Link’s Awakening and Echoes of Wisdom. To get the Black Cat costume, you’ll need to scan one of the four Champion or Guardian figures, one of the two Ganondorf designs, or the Bokoblin figure in Breath of the Wild.
