Kathryn Hahn’s breakout role as Agatha Harkness in 2021’s WandaVision set the stage for her own TV series, Agatha Harkness Shakespeare has always paved the way. Regardless of whether Agatha is the last witch in the series, this won’t be Hahn’s last appearance in the Marvel Universe.
In an interview with ScreenRant, “Agatha Always” executive producer Brad Winderbaum praised Hahn’s performance in the upcoming series and confirmed that she will star in “What If?” One episode returns. In Season 3.
“When you have an icon like Kathryn Hahn [and what she] Putting Agatha on the screen, you just want to see more of her,” Winderbaum said. “So, yes, there will be more Agatha in the future [of] MCU, yes. She appeared in What If…? Season 3 – I shouldn’t say more, but this is one of my favorite episodes and it probably involves huge musical numbers and she’s just incredible and we all want to see more of her.
“Agatha Always” will premiere on Disney+ on September 18 with two episodes, but it’s not the only upcoming WandaVision spinoff. Paul Bettany will reprise his role as Vision in his own Marvel series, opposite James Spader’s Ultron. The “Vision” series is expected to premiere on Disney+ in 2026.
