Disney doesn’t have many showings of Frozen 3 at D23 this weekend, but now it at least has a confirmation on when you can watch it.
According to Deadline , Disney has scheduled “Frozen 3” to be released during Thanksgiving week, choosing the day before the U.S. holiday, November 24…2027. The movie is still some time away from filming. In fact, there appear to be two more movies left, in fact, as its producer Jennifer Lee said at the reveal, “We still have some questions from Frozen 2. A lot of questions actually. Now. , you can see why we need two movies. Disney CEO Bob Iger has previously teased that “Frozen 4” may begin production in 2023, so this tease from Lee is not surprising. Accident.

A 2027 release is actually a bit of a delay, as the film was originally expected to be released sometime in 2026. A November release does make sense though, as it would also be consistent with the first two “Frozen” movies. Plot details about the trilogy have yet to be revealed, but the concept art released does give a hint of what you can expect – it shows Elsa, Anna and Olaf riding towards some sort of magical floating kingdom, with a sight behind them Figure holding a spear.

“Frozen 3” isn’t the only Disney movie to have a post-D23 release date, Pixar’s next original film “Hoppers” is currently scheduled to be released on March 6, 2026. “Jump” into the human world. According to the film’s official website, “Consciousness is transformed into lifelike robot animals, allowing people to communicate with animals like animals.”
“This adventure introduces Mabel, an animal lover who seizes the opportunity to use technology to uncover mysteries of the animal world beyond her imagination.” This release date apparently coincides with the Warner Bros. animated version The Cat in the Hat corresponds, but I doubt we’ll ever have a Barbie and Oppenheimer situation again.
