You should be the one who kissed me
Writer/Artist: Yamayade
platform: Lunta
I’m the silly fool of anxiety, both mild and heavy, because I know the end of it all and I’ll get a sweet ending. You should be the one who kissed me Check that box for me. Writing and Description YamayadeThis is a short boy’s love office comic that revolves around two colleagues named Kou and Eito.
Kou is very cold, causing people to shake in their shoes. On the other hand, EITO is enthusiastic, outgoing, always smiling on his face, suitable for salesmen. Neither of their colleagues knew the two were close friends, and Eto stayed at Kuy’s home often. But the proximity of the approach made Kou’s heart a mess. Even though he came out to Eito and made it clear that he was not his type, he couldn’t help but tremble. He hardly knew that Eito had fallen for him.
I really like Eito’s simplicity and clarity about his feelings for Kou. He didn’t beat him in the bushes and was naive and idealistic in the sense that his feelings were enough to create a relationship. It wasn’t until he talked to his colleague that he realized that he wasn’t considering the reason for Kou’s rejection.
This story does fall into a trap in the BL story, where a former “straight man” person is now just “gay”. For some reason, bisexuality is not a thing in BL. Still, artist Yamayade did what I thought was surprisingly nuanced. Eito admits that he must not be direct because he fell in love with Kou. He then asked himself, “Is it even important to label myself?” It’s rare to see this in BL this is a different act of modernity.
Even though he is described as a cold and rigid guy, kou puts his heart on his sleeve. While he didn’t tell EITO about his past details and why he kept his length, his confession was realistic, even a link to the comic title. – Hillary Liang

Eureka Seven Recently celebrated its 20th anniversary. This mecha series has been around for a long time, and it’s so crazy. I grew up watching it premiere during the adult swimming that day. It’s my favorite anime ever since. This week, I want to commemorate it with a prequel comic that took us to the era before the anime and its prequel video games.
Gravity boy and weightlifting girl As a direct prequel to two PlayStation 2 video games New Wave and New Vision. So, apart from some cameo appearances, there isn’t much overlap with the original anime. Instead, the story focuses on the puberty of the characters in the game, Sumner Sturgeon and Ruri’s flames, and the entire support cast.
Although the series is short and only two volumes, there is a lot of meat on the bones here. The actors grow exponentially and change; it feels like the real person changes as an adult. It can be said that some changes are somewhat stretched. But, given the task of the creative team is to end with the Olympics, it is a tough job anyway. The best thing you can do in this case is to make this story interesting.
A theme that has been consistent throughout the process Eureka Seven It is the feeling that you lost when you were a child and the basis for the decisions that others make for you. Only when you grow up do you allow the freedom to be the person you want. Some parts of the comic are not of good age in this regard, but the theme remains and is the driving force behind the story.
If possible, please check it out. worth. Then go to watch anime or play some games. Make your own choices and be free. – Derrick Crow
…One day strange and fashionable event
Writer/Artist: Natsujikei Miyazaki

Editing and design: remember
Publisher: Glacier Bay Books
Natsujikei Miyazaki He is a talented comic artist. She is also very respected. Per Glacier Bay Books Head remembershe has experienced five prints with SF publisher Hayakawa’s book. However, short stories collection …One day strange and fashionable event Her first series was officially published in English, giving or telling stories USCA English version. What took so long?
Miyazaki does not fit in the US model that constitutes a “releasable” comic writer. She specializes in short stories, not long series. Her taste cannot be put into genres like “action” or “fragments of life.” Her style is similar Taiyang Matsumotobut it is harder to fix than other short story artists Daoman Faith.
That said, there is a skill that she does better than anyone else. I call it “Miyazaki Pivot”. It looks like this: an ordinary person has experienced a crisis. They bend under strain. but! Something really ridiculous happened. When we, the readers witness something ridiculous, cathartic, satisfying, cut into two pages to spread.
Miyazaki will surely pin these moments of transcendence Naoki Urasawa Draw the end of the cliff in Chapter 1 and It’s Zhu Ji Craft jumping fear. They just work because of her drawing. Her simple comics, and the vast and chaotic world they live in, twisted and twisted. A talented artist will lose control. But Miyazaki’s drawings are always consistent, even if she executes pages that no one else can achieve.
…One day strange and fashionable event Just like Flcl pass Stanislaw Lem. If I have criticism, it is that this book is too rich. Every four and five pages of story will go against your expectations on each page. This is intensive enough that I recommend you take some time to use this series. Put it next to your bed and read a story or two every night, such as how you might get close Little Prince. With the right expectations, I think any comic book reader will find something to appreciate here. – Adam Westcott
