Sonic the Hedgehog, Sega’s beloved video game characters are returning to the big screen with huge fanfare. The third film focuses on the trio of Sonic, Knuckles and Tails and their battle with The Shadow, a mysterious and powerful villain voiced by series newcomer Keanu Reeves.
Derived from the iconic Sega video game, Sonic the Hedgehog has captivated a diverse audience from children to adults, who rushed to the box office to see the film this holiday season.
Sonic also drove sales in toys and games.
