Stern Pinball returns to San Diego Comic-Con this year with two new products in partnership with two franchises: John Wick and Godzilla.
John Wick Fans can play the new pinball game at the Marriott Marquis Hotel or in booth 3721 on the show floor. This co-op game brings the movie to life as you take on the role of a famous assassin. The machine features many different types of artwork and models inspired by the movie, even like the protagonist’s famous car.
The pinball experience in the movie series is made the way it is thanks to Stern’s new dynamic artificial intelligence system. The software is now more responsive and can counter the player’s movements, which makes gameplay more interesting – and different every time.
As a beginner to pinball games, after playing this game a few times, it is fun and addictive. It does take some time to get the hang of it, but once you understand the controls and gameplay, it’s a pleasure to watch your score go up and see your ball flying everywhere. It’s also weird to see movie scenes play out on the screen to earn achievements.
Stern also reveals new 70th anniversary Godzilla Premium pinball machine. The stylish machine is wrapped in iconic black and white artwork and special grayscale foil to mark the occasion.
like John Wick Game, this pinball game is fun for beginners too! The gaming floor is easy to understand and addictive. Iconic scenes also play on the screen when fighting monsters or achieving goals.
Stern also launched a new app called Stern Pinball Insider Connected. By scanning a unique QR code on any machine, fans can sync their scores and pick up where they left off. They can also earn achievements and prizes (physical and digital) for their games, or get quests to incentivize continued play.
Pinball players new and old can enjoy both games while enjoying their favorite series at San Diego Comic-Con or at home.
