The storm at the end of Wicked Season 4 Episode 9 is raging outside. There is a hurricane in New York City. Hurricane Lucy is a Category 3 hurricane heading to the right of the city.
The girls are using the moment to watch an influential man discuss demonic activity related to the storm. CGI is exactly what appeals to Christine’s daughters, who might even jump in fear.
They want to make a salt circle to keep themselves safe. Kristen is in the grocery store and it looks like the end of the world. The storm was a once-in-a-century event. While on the phone, Christine discovered that Cheryl was in disguise and carrying a bag full of stun guns.
Leland will hunt her and the whole family. Cheryl admits Kristen and her kids are the most important things in the world to her. When Cheryl says she works for a company run by demons in human skin, Kristen blames the storm.
Cheryl didn’t want to be treated condescendingly, but Christine asked what medications she was taking. She picked up the phone and called Dr. Boggs, but Cheryl warned her again and ran off.
The girls have ordered several boxes of toilet paper and are spreading tequila salt in the kitchen. Christine assures her that salt has no effect on demons.

Little Timothy and Leslie together. The girls decided not to tell Christine that they had met Timothy. Leslie wants Kristen to help her get custody from Leland so they can raise Timothy together. Leslie returns to Leland’s place, but Christine refuses to budge.
David is looking at a piece of paper, taking a spiritual journey. In it, he saw Leland’s Feliz Navidad animal, and he knew exactly who it was.
Leland now controls sixty people, which attracts the attention of the church. Father Dominic told David not to get involved, but when the storm escalated to Category 4 and David wanted to close the church, Dominic wanted him to continue remote monitoring.
No, a storm is coming. Leland will always be there.

Kristen was in the shower, laptop in hand, when more toilet paper arrived. Astrology Girl is now talking about the Gray Man, who is like a suit version of the Mothman who appears when something bad is about to happen.
The power went out, and Lola and Lexis listened to the vents. A boy is asking for help and all the girls go next door to check. They have real estate codes so getting into empty houses is easy.

There was a phone upstairs with a boy’s voice on it. They were cheated, but why? They always knew when Leland was coming, but this time, they didn’t feel it. Lexis is most scared when someone approaches them with a flashlight. She hides in the bathroom when she spots a figure in the shower.
It was the devil, but she couldn’t see it. Her sisters threw the speakers out the window, turned on the music, and ran. They all managed to escape outside, but screamed when they encountered Kristen in their house.
You can’t just break into your neighbor’s house! I can’t believe I need to make rules like this!

David watches from a distance and sees Christine placing a confetti cake on her neighbor’s doorstep – Leland responds by thanking her for the cake.

Kristen was actually at his door and she smashed the cake in his face. As he continued talking, she began hitting him in the face multiple times. No, wait, this is still David’s vision. How can Christine eat cake without electricity?
Kristen did ask the girls to never enter that house again. So, she really saw Leland? She asked them to monitor and record everything they heard, as before. She also discharged her stun gun and then sounded her air horn.
There was a knock on the door. This is David and Ben. David learned about her new neighbors through his visions.
The deed was transferred a week ago. David thinks he can do more than spy on Leland, while Ben thinks he can back up the sewage to the other side of the duplex.
The storm is now a Category 5 and will make landfall within 12 hours.
David goes to Father Ignatius and asks if it is wrong to do everything you can to kill someone before someone else kills someone. God will not forgive. Defenders will sacrifice their eternal souls.
Father Ignatius said blind faith can do more harm than anyone knows. He often didn’t know if he believed it.
But what he believed was John 15:13: There is no greater love than this, that a man should lay down his life for his friends. If he had the chance to stop the person who killed his lord, he would do it, even if it meant killing the person. To him, this was serving God.
David takes over Leland’s mind. Leland said, “Please forgive me, Father,” and poured himself a glass of bleach. There were no knives in the house, so David directed him to the fireplace poker. Leland faces the mirror and David loses control. Hello David.
Leland controls David. David Billiland seemed to know better what he was doing, his eyes betraying his fear as he picked up the butcher knife and started cutting into his chest. That’s when Leland’s bathroom betrays him.

Cheryl entered the office building and was told it was closed due to the storm. I’m a fucking storm, Oscar.

She was typing the news about Leland’s death when Leland got a call and told someone to come over now. I’m Dr. Boggs. Did Leland send him? She asked him to lower his collar because there might be a Velcro-like fastener around his neck where their skin connects.
She asked him if he believed in demons, and he pondered psychological demons versus potential neurological causes. He believed this was what happened to him. Another elevator dinged and Cheryl locked the door.
A man at the door said she needed to sign the expense report. While Boggs was discussing its psychological nature, the man took off his leather jacket. Boggs didn’t know what was going on, but left with Cheryl.
Father Dominic comes to David’s room. David walked into Leland’s side, and Leland walked into his arms. Apparently, Leland was a friend of the Vatican. He trained for ten years as a priest. He has talent. Father Dominic trained him himself.
Father Dominic failed to tell David why he didn’t want David to mess with Leland, but now we know. Sister Andrea’s only problem? How do we kill him?
Dr. Boggs: We’re all seeing the same thing, right?
Cheryl: An accounting guy peeling off his own skin to show he’s the devil chasing us? Uh, yes. (both laugh)
This isn’t shared paranoia, but it’s easier for Dr. Boggs to understand. Now, though, he has something to write about. He only needed to print six more stories to publish the collection. Today should suit two people.
Cheryl took the medication from Boggs’ cabinet and poured them a drink. They clink glasses. She gave him two letters, one to Christine and one to Andy, and then she set off.
Christine and Ben gave David some old yearbook photos of Leland to see if they could distract Leland from watching from a distance. Leland’s real name was Jack Perry from Des Moines, Iowa. Class of 1978.
David asked her to hold his hand. He is currently tied to a chair. Leland came inside David again and he began to crush Christine’s hand. Fuck me now, Kristen. Ben distracts Leland with band music, reminding him of his high school days.
There is a tornado warning now. They need shelter.

They went back to the house and looked over the whole place. The new room just fell down. They were just a little scared, but nothing too much. After all, they were her children.

Lynn discovers Sister Andrea in the backyard where she previously found all the demons. The Gray Man is there and a demon attacks her. They tried to scare her, and it worked. The Grays say she is the old woman and they control the storms.
They find Sister Andrea and bring her inside. She was just confused for a minute. Ben tries to explain why the tornado happened, but Sister Andrea says it’s the devil. This is pure evil. They need prayer.
Lynne sat next to Sister Andrea, and one by one her sisters joined her. Ben stuffed his tinfoil further into his hat.
Cheryl went to Leland’s place. She crushes the medicine she got from Dr. Boggs and puts it into Leland’s Youth Cocktail. However, this is not blood. It looks like some kind of bodily juice.
The storm is over. David wondered if this prayer bothered Christine. She smiled. There are no atheists in foxholes.

Leland couldn’t get the band out of his mind. He needed an infusion, but he immediately noticed something was wrong. He began frothing at the mouth and listened to the band as he crawled to the living room, where Cheryl was waiting for him.
She put her hand to his throat, hesitating to say a witty remark, when the demon grabbed her from behind. He told Leland, “I can’t keep saving you. You clean this up.”
Kristen gets a call from Cheryl. Cheryl is in the emergency room. She was bleeding a lot and looked bad. It was difficult for them to take off her clothes because it was bulletproof. Leland threw her out the window. It doesn’t look good.
The girls surrounded her, begging her not to die and showering her with love. Kristen holds her hand and Cheryl asks for her forgiveness. She nodded slightly. Christine tells her mother she loves her, David exercises his final power and absolves her of her sin, and she dies.

Dr. Boggs arrives and hands Christine the envelope. This is a USB drive. Cheryl begins her tour of the residence by revealing Leland’s secret room. Police arrived at his home. They had a search warrant and found the secret room.
Kristen doesn’t want the girls to blame her for Cheryl not being a part of their lives. As she cried with Ben and David, there was a knock on the door. They had Timothy. Either foster care or Christine.
The look on her face is everything.
