In Illuvium Zero, gameplay involves building and managing an outpost to produce fuel and other resources vital to exploration. Players can unlock new technologies and rare blueprints to improve their equipment and adapt to the environment, while also trading fuel and blueprints on the market.
In the Illuvium overworld, players capture Illuvials, forge specialized gear, and craft unique items to aid in their journey. They take on various missions to uncover Earth’s secrets and connect instantly with other players to share discoveries and stay informed about events, while Illvium Arena engages in strategic battles with other players through auto-battle, with multiple game modes such as Ascendant (1v1 Combat) ), Survival mode (PvE challenge) and Challenge mode (8-player free-for-all).
Finally, Illuvium Beyond allows players to collect beautifully illustrated cards that depict Illuvials in unique forms, and earn exclusive rewards by completing these collections.
Airdrops and future updates
The game’s release also marks the start of a six-month airdrop campaign. Players can earn a portion of the $180,000 $ILV reward pool by completing in-game missions and milestones, with 30,000 $ILV distributed each season.
