NBC has ordered a new drama, “Grosse Pointe Garden Society,” about scandalous events at a suburban garden club.
Created by Jenna Bans (Desperate Housewives, Scandal, Good Girls) and Bill Krebs (No Tomorrow, Good Girls), the series follows the titular garden club A story involving four different members of the.
The cast includes Melissa Fumero (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), AnnaSophia Robb (Carrie), Ben Rapaport (For the People), Matthew David Si (“Legacy”), Alexander Hodge (“Insecure”), Aja Naomi King (“Chemistry”), Nancy Travis (“The Last Man”) and Felix ·Avitya (“The House of Crows”).
Bance and Krebs will serve as executive producers along with Kathy Keiber and pilot director Maggie Kelly. This project is produced by Universal Television and Minnesota Logging Company.
A network representative told TVLine that it has not yet been decided whether the show will premiere midseason or air in the 2025-26 season.
“Grosse Pointe Garden Society” is one of two new dramas NBC has ordered this week, the other being Stephen Amell’s “Suits: Los Angeles.”
