Chloe Topaz Fairy Costume | Carbon Costume

Chloe the Topaz Fairy is the fourth fairy in the “Topaz Fairy” children’s book by Daisy Meadows. She taught the fairies of Wonderland the magic of change and transfiguration, giving them the skill to transform objects from one thing to another. Chloe is quick-witted and determined, with quick reflexes that are important in changing things. Her wand emits a bright beam of orange and gold light. She is the first Black Fairy in the series.
