First it hunts Wolverine. Now, Black Panther is about to hit theaters. The Predator will take on the next challenge after the King of Wakanda. Written by Benjamin Percythe author of this four-issue series is Chris Allen, Sean Damien Hill, Craig Youngand Lee Ferguson, Starting August 21st.
“If you’re a comic nerd, I’ll feed you. If you’re a movie fan, I’ll feed you too. If you’ve never read or seen anything about Predator or Black Panther, you might as well Be fulfilled,” Percy promised in a recent interview with io9. “I want these works to become evergreen books, and the best way to do that is to respect the legacy without burdening readers with too much continuity work.”

This August, the iconic horror character Yautja returns to the Marvel Universe to embark on a new hunting journey in “Predator VS.” Black Panther. Following last year’s hit PREDATOR VS. Wolverine, superstar writer Benjamin Percy returns, teaming up with acclaimed artists Chris Allen, Sean Damian Hill, Craig Young and Join Lee Ferguson to create more exciting Predator action movies. The four-issue limited series tells the story of Yauja’s army invading Wakanda, including never-before-seen clans from beyond the stars. In an effort to upgrade themselves using a powerful resource called vibranium, they will meet their match in the nation’s great protector, the Black Panther. Today, fans can see all the covers from the first issue, including Allen’s cover, which showcases one of Yautja’s new designs, as well as work from some of the industry’s hottest artists like Skottie Young and Leinil Francis Yu.
