Resident Evil 7 Resident Evil (Free) from Capcom, released yesterday as a free trial on iPhone 15 Pro (and Pro Max), iPadOS (M1 and later), and macOS (M1 and later) worldwide. It’s a free trial game, with the full game unlockable through in-app purchase for $19.99, and an additional $19.99 purchase to upgrade it to the Gold Edition, which includes all DLC. After launch, the excellent MrMacRight uploaded a performance analysis video showing Resident Evil 7 Resident Evil Frame rate and resolution options are demonstrated on the iPhone 15 Pro and three different iPad models. I haven’t played with it in over an hour on different configurations on an iPhone 15 Pro and M1 MacBook Air, but it definitely runs faster than Resident Evil Village Did.
