Hi, I’m working on botw’s Link blue costume and was wondering what your suggestions would be for his arm wraps? I thought about a long strip of fabric, but if I wrapped it around my arm it didn’t fit as well as his and felt difficult to put on.

What you want to do with this type of arm wrap is make each “wrap” as one piece, rather than trying to wrap the fabric each time and hope it stays.
There are two main ways to do this: You can sew strips of fabric into a fabric tube, making sure the fabric itself is stretchy enough to fit your hands and arms, and then just slide your arms into it.
The other method is basically the same, but if you have non-elastic fabric, you’ll need to create some kind of closure on one side, like a separate invisible zipper, so you can put the item on and off.
