The Model Car Hall of Fame (MCHOF) will travel to Nuremberg, Germany in 2025 to host the Spielwarenmesse.
The Toy Fair will welcome the organization to the four-day event. Ron Ruelle, creative director and wheelman of MCHOF, will attend the live launch of the 2024 winners on January 30.
Christian Ulrich, spokesman for the Executive Board of Spielwarenmesse eG, said: “We are very pleased with the arrival of this new product, which will make an exciting addition to our model railway and model building product groups.”
Founded in 2009, MCHOF recognizes contributors to diecast, model car and scale car culture through an annual awards program. Past winners include automotive designer Carroll Shelby and late-night host Jay Leno.
