Juliet Tripp’s career in event planning dates back to 2010, including serving as deputy director of global events in Chemistry Observation before making a decision to shift focus to coach event planners in 2022.
She described the feeling that many planners knew, which eventually led her to decide to change her career and start a coaching business for event planners, which she called “I spent over a decade of global leading events, climbing the ladder, saying “yes” to every opportunity, and being someone everyone can rely on.
“And I still find myself burned and misplaced. One version of mine looks accomplished, but no longer has a connection to the work that once made me full of energy.”
