Before journalism, I was a mental health specialist working with patients with severe mental illnesses (schizophrenia and bipolar disorder). It’s the kind of people coming in and out of the agency, and usually have a very disturbing criminal record.

Stories drive us to act on a long campaign, provide entertaining distractions during difficult times, and then become our precious memories as we reach the end of our lives. The birth of a child marks the beginning of a new story. The company’s sales promotion is the art of selling stories. Hell, in the plan of the infinite universe, the whole of human life is just one of the stories.
