Lego House, a Lego House in Billund, Denmark, is making its latest series of exclusive products of the year (Lego Fabuland Tribute).
Created by Lego House Master Builder Stuart Harris and Lego senior designer Markus Rollbühler, The Set (40506) is unique to Lego House.
The creators worked with a group of historians on a group of Lego Idea House to secure the live honors of the beloved characters of the original product line of the 1980s, including Edward Elephant, Joe Crow, Dr. Lucy Lamb and Clive Crococodile. These characters have been reimagined to align with modern Lego design principles.
“This is really one of the highlights of my year, seeing Stuart and his team of historians become exclusives for the LEGO House of the year,” said Kathrine Kirk Muff, managing director of Lego House.
Lego Fabuland pays tribute to the 6th place in the LEGO House special edition set.
“This year, we are paying tribute to the history of storytelling with exclusive products from Fabuland. Creating stories is at the heart of Lego House, and the most iconic moments throughout the history of the Lego Group are our exclusive products The key to the concept. Personally, I played a lot in the original Fabuland suit and I was filled with nostalgia and excitement to see my childhood memories come back to life,” Kirk Muff added.
