You don’t have to do it yourself.
Where did you find contract help? Some agencies specialize in staffing for meetings and events, while former meeting planners set up their own companies as contractors. Also, social media can be your friend when you are looking for freelancers.
Search for companies
These three companies specifically propose plans for temporary temporary:
