Chris Anderson took over the “Technology, Entertainment and Design” annual meeting in 2000. He said on Tuesday that he was resigning. In 25 years, he established a global community, including flagship annual conferences, TED talks, primitive podcasts, and more than 3,000 independent TEDX events.
Its coverage spans the continent, with more than 4,000 TED talks and 250,000 TEDX talks libraries.
TED changed business activities
TED has held annual activities in Vancouver since 2014. About 1,700 TED representatives took over the Vancouver Convention Center and held satellite activities around the city. The speakers include Bill Gates, Al Gore, and Elon Musk.
TED’s stage is located in the center of the Vancouver Conference Center. Outside the theater, the focus is on contact, dialogue and deeper ideological exploration.
