Dr. Seuss Enterprises, the beloved children’s entertainment company, has announced two promotions for its licensing division. Jimeka Broussard is the new Director of Licensing for North America and Jenna Marson is Director of Licensing for International Markets.
The directors plan to enhance the Dr. Seuss brand by developing a product licensing strategy consistent with the company’s mission of providing educational and entertainment products. With the help of Vice President of Operations Ellie Terveen, the pair will focus on market share and retail participation to develop their approach.
Broussard will lead the domestic licensing and sales teams for the North American market and oversee strategy for the U.S. and Canada. The newly appointed directors have demonstrated outstanding leadership over the past three years, exceeding revenue targets each year and expanding the Dr. Seuss product portfolio through apparel, toys, food and more.
Prior to his promotion, Masson held marketing, publishing and licensing positions during a nine-year tenure. Under her management, the licensing base grew significantly, with new direct deals signed in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Denmark. Marson also led the company’s expansion into Latin America, with plans to expand into the Asia-Pacific region in 2025.
