Illvium Beyond Wave 3 will launch on November 21st

The third wave of Illuvium Beyond will launch on November 21st, introducing 75 new Illuvitars and an expanded customization and rewards system.

This update builds on the foundation of the digital collectible game, offering fresh content, new progression mechanics, and competitive leaderboard opportunities.

With billions of potential customization combinations, Wave 3 is designed to appeal to both experienced collectors and new players.

What is Illvium Beyond?

Illuvium Beyond is a digital collectible card game that allows players to collect and customize Illuvitars – avatars representing creatures from the Illuvium universe.

Launching in March 2023, the game features a unique system where players can open packs (called D1SKs) to collect Illuvitar and its accessories.

Illuvitar can be personalized with accessories in five locations: head, body, skin, props and eyes. This customization creates billions of possible combinations, making each collection unique. Additionally, the platform integrates a progression and reward system related to leaderboards and milestones.

What will happen with the third wave?

Wave 3 brings major updates to Illvium Beyond and introduces new content and gameplay features:

• New Iluvita: This release includes 75 new designs, each with unique expressions and accessories.
• Points-based rewards: Players earn points by opening D1SK to unlock in-game items such as battle boards, emotes, and skins. Community stretch goals provide additional rewards when the total number of D1SK minted reaches a certain threshold.
• Dynamic revealing process: D1SK’s cards are revealed with a visual rarity indicator, adding an interactive element to the opening process.
• Leaderboards and prizes: An improved leaderboard system provides rewards such as exclusive Illuvitar and ILV tokens to top players. Participants with the highest ranking will receive a unique Illuvitar designed just for them.

The pricing of the new D1SK is tiered, with the standard D1SK priced at $4.99, the Mega D1SK priced at $29.99, and the Alpha D1SK will be on sale during the 24-hour Alpha Sale starting on November 21, with the standard package priced at $9.99. The Mega pack is priced at $89.99.

How to participate?

To participate in Wave 3, players need to complete the following steps:

1. Create an immutable passport: This is required to access the Illvium platform.
2. Top up your wallet: Add ETH or USDC to buy D1SK.
3. Buy D1SK: During the Alpha sale or the extended sale, which lasts until February 22, 2024, you can choose from the Standard, Jumbo or Alpha pack.
4. Customized Illuvitar: Use accessories to personalize your Illuvitar and increase its rarity or value.
5. Participation ranking: Accumulate points and compete for rewards by turning on D1SK.
