A new Dogecoin-themed game, Super Doginals, has launched, a free, browser-based retro fighting game built on the Dogecoin blockchain.
Inspired by classic arcade games, it lets players control unique characters from the Dogecoin universe and fight in side-scrolling levels filled with meme-based enemies.
As Dogecoin experiences new interest and price momentum, Super Dogecoin demonstrates yet another use for blockchain technology outside of traditional financial applications.

Super Doginals is a browser-based side-scrolling fighting game inspired by retro games such as angry streets and Deadly fury.
Players can choose from three characters, including two Shiba Inu-themed avatars, who can choose between levels and fight enemies modeled after the popular internet meme character. The storyline follows Cabo and the other playable characters as they try to stop the villainous wolf Lugesta from “stealing the moon”.
The game was developed by an anonymous creator named Pimax. It is the latest in a series of games built on the Dogecoin blockchain, featuring over 1,500 custom sprite designs, 14 levels and 35 minutes of original music.
The game supports up to four players, has local multiplayer capabilities, and can be played using a game controller or touch screen, allowing the game to be played on a variety of devices.

Super Doginals runs on the Doginals protocol, a Dogecoin adaptation of Bitcoin’s Ordinals protocol that allows digital content to be permanently inscribed on the blockchain.
This means that the game’s artwork and code are engraved directly on the Dogecoin blockchain. Through recursive inscription technology, developers can connect multiple inscriptions to implement complex and adaptable applications.
The Doginals protocol enables Pimax to implement updates and patches directly on the blockchain and allows other developers to create their own variations of Super Doginals. The game is also tied to the Mini Doge art project, which explores how blockchain technology can host interactive media and digital art assets.
