As part of the Galaxy Giveaway event, Hasbro has announced several new Black Series pre-order products, including the Dagan Gerra and BX Droids two-pack from Star Wars Jedi: Survivors and Battlefront II B1 Battle Droid and Clone Commando Suit.
Dagan Gera is getting a mainline version soon, but this one with the holographic arms looks a little different. The BX robots will also be released regularly so should be getting repaints, although I have to say this is one of the least attractive color schemes I’ve ever seen. I haven’t played the game yet, so Dagan really only stands out to me as custom material for the High Republic Jedi, and this game would be better because he has two arms. Pre-order numbers are up today (November 13) at 1pm ET, and will be available exclusively on Amazon. It is expected to be available in summer ’25 and will retail for $44.99.
Now, I did play a lot of Battlefront II, so this is a little more familiar to me. My memory of the training robot color scheme is that they were more gray. Well, I looked it up to refresh my memory, and this opinion is due to the fact that these white robots suffered heavy weathering in the game. I don’t remember the color scheme of this Commando at all, but it’s also more weathered in the game. These will be available for pre-order exclusively on Amazon today at 1pm ET for $44.99 and are expected to be available in Spring ’25.
