Full disclosure, Davlin is my romance Veil GuardI think the sex scenes in Elfwatch left me relatively disappointed with most others. It’s still pretty PG-13, but it’s definitely one of the more explicit ones. Davlin comforts Rook after they return from the fantasy world, and unlike most other scenes, you can actually see the two undressing each other. They shared some cheesy banter as Rook placed Davlin on the couch before being picked up and laid on the bed. His scenes and Tash’s scenes are undoubtedly the two most hot and heavy scenes. Like, I watched it again and it made me wonder why the actual sex in the sex scenes doesn’t feel serviced in most other romance stories.
But even so, the moodiness that follows is brutally honest, as Rook wonders if the pair’s previous conversations about the future still hold true. Davlin is the kind of person who, when he hears his significant other ask him if he still loves them, says, “Yes, honey,” rather than telling them it’s a stupid question. .
You can imagine what your future would be like if the Elven God were defeated. Is it to live a happy family life with your bird-cat son? Or will you two go out in search of new adventures and face the monsters of Thedas? Well, take a look. When I started writing this ranking, I originally planned to put some other scenes above Davlin’s so as not to be partial, but BioWare took care of it here. This is the best one. sorry. I won.
