Surge Brands has signed multiple licensing agreements globally for Candy Dynamics’ toxic waste hazardous sour candy brands, including the iconic Drums, Sour Smog Balls, Slime Licker, Atomz, Nuclear Fusion and more.

In the US, Surge has signed a deal with License 2 Play for compounds, slimes and dough; super retro brand for boxer shorts; Bohbah for boba tea; Rocket Soda for soda; incredible novelties for soft toys; and Mary Mack’s for production Snow cone machine; and Flix Candy energy drink. Centric Beauty is also expanding its existing toxic waste range to include nail polish accessories, bath bombs, soaps and shampoos.

Since the launch of the licensing program with Surge in 2021, the importance of toxic waste brands expanding into licensed products has become increasingly apparent. The response from the global licensing and retail communities, as well as our legion of fans, is testament to how popular our Sour Candy series and the characters behind it have become. We welcome new partners to the Toxic Waste family to create more new and interesting products in the coming years.

    —Laura King, President, Candy Dynamics

Internationally, Surge has a deal with Whatever Brands to sell sodas and popsicles in the United States, Canada and South America, and a deal with Casdon Limited to sell toy sets in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Caroline Mickler Licensing, UK and European sub-agent of Surge Brands, has signed partnerships with CRC Innovations for dessert syrups, popsicles and carbonated drinks; Manchester Drinks for slush drinks; Us4Slush Limited for slush machines; Fizz Creations Limited, which makes slush machines for home use; Cracker Jack Limited, which makes lip balm and other beauty products; and Licenco, which makes carbonated drinks in the Nordic country.

“From new licensing and retail partners to new product categories, our goal is to continue to discover unique ways to deliver toxic waste experiences to a global fan base hungry for more,” said Ari Freedman, vice president of Surge Brands. “We look forward to further Deepen your relationship with Laura and Candy Dynamics to develop strategies to take toxic waste to the next level! ”
