The next stop on BRIO’s wooden letter train is FAO Schwarz in New York City.
Starting today (November 1), families can visit the FAO Schwarz office in Rockefeller Plaza to have a personalized boarding pass printed with their name and customized information. They will then create a custom luggage tag using a photo taken in the store or uploaded using an in-store QR code. Finally, they made their way to the ticket station, where there was a personalized suitcase containing a unique alphabet train.
Designed for children ages 3 and up, the train can hold up to 15 pieces, including an engine, supply wagon, caboose and custom letters. Trials start at $50 (up to 5 train pieces), $70 (up to 10 pieces), $90 (up to 15 pieces). Kids can make the train spell out whatever they want, including their names, special catchphrases, and more!
If you can’t make it to New York to experience it, you can also purchase Brio’s Letter Train works at faoschwarz.com and brio.us.
