Father Ted Costume | Father Jack Hackett Carbon Costume

Father Jack Hackett (played by Frank Kelly) is one of a trio of bad priests who are banished to Craggy Island in the British television series Father Ted. Father Jack is an alcoholic and extremely rude, often more hostile than his fellow priests Father Ted Creeley and Father Dougal McGuire. Sometimes the accessories are what make a Father Jack costume work. Start with a black stand-collar shirt and a matching black suit. Then, you’ll want a bald wig that you can style to be as disheveled as possible. Use a makeup sponge and cream makeup stick to add red flecks to your face, then use a cane and fake cigarette to complete your costume.
