Louise was a Target Halloween decoration that became a TikTok sensation. He is an 8-foot-tall, glowing pumpkin ghoul wearing a tattered hooded robe. He made weird noises but also gave a friendly greeting and introduced himself as Louis. Just don’t call him a jack-o’-lantern! Target happened to be wearing a pumpkin mask, which fit perfectly with the idea of the costume.
