Lifestyle brand Miniso has launched an exclusive Harry Potter collection in Hong Kong, with more than 500 products and a special pop-up store. Products officially authorized by Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products include blind boxes, plush toys, stationery, bags, accessories, household items, etc.
“We are constantly exploring new ways to bring our exciting IP collaborations to life, and pop-up stores like this allow us to bring more fun to the shopping experience and spread our ‘life is for fun’ attitude,” Vice President said Robin Liu, President and Chief Marketing Officer of Miniso. The company says pop-up experiences are a core part of its brand strategy.

The exclusive collaboration will take place globally; Miniso has opened an exclusive pop-up store on the 4th and 12th floors of Langham Place Shopping Center in Mongkok, Hong Kong, lasting throughout October. The 2,000-square-foot pop-up offers visitors an immersive and interactive experience harry potter Same as Miniso fans. During China’s Golden Week holiday, starting from October 1st. From January 1 to October 7, sales exceeded HK$5 million (US$641,025). Single-day sales reached HK$850,000 (US$109,390).
The company’s Shanghai Huaihai Road store will receive harry potter– inspired look, while the Central Park store in Jakarta, Indonesia will have a dedicated harry potter area. Miniso plans to sell the series in France, the UK and Malaysia. The series launches stateside on October 13th.
