October is here, and with it comes the sudden urge to revel in all things spooky. Thankfully, 2023’s deckbuilding visual novel Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood exist. This indie film tells the extraordinary story of a group of witches on the verge of death, filled with beautiful character designs and an excellent score. but the real star Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood is it’s creating your own tarot deck mechanism, using paint lady-Similar design space to customize your unique mystery deck. Playing the game alone got me interested in buying tarot decks, but what I really wanted was to make my own tarot decks like I did in the game. Well now you can do it!
Developer Deconstructeam launched the studio x (formerly Twitter) account, looks awesome. Just like in the game, Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood DIY Tarot Deck will let you customize your deck by combining card backgrounds and decorative items. Each set contains 20 cards (including the titular Cosmic Wheel) along with artwork directly from the in-game deck and 34 stickers. In addition to the art, Stickers also includes a word library that you can use to choose a unique name for your card.
The deck itself isn’t the only cool thing you get, the box is also a nice ephemeral item to add to your altar. It’s designed as a spellbook, containing the spells you use to summon the demon Abrama at the beginning of the game. If you would like to claim this set, you can purchase it pre order Now at a low price of $20, it feels like a steal. Deconstructeam noted in the announcement that there will be no limit on the quantities produced during the pre-order phase, but after that only limited quantities will be produced for later purchase. The set will ship in February 2025.
