It’s a custom UFO-themed jet boat built by Mr. Ho Thanh Che, who posted a video showing it in action.
The craft was created using sand and cement molds, and the ship’s fiberglass skin is outfitted with acrylic windows, solar panels, LED lights and electric doors for the spacecraft’s entrance.
The boat is powered by a jet ski engine, but it definitely doesn’t look like it offers a smooth ride. The film shows the craft being built, and at the end you can see it hurtling along the river. It starts at 57:43.
