Windy City Novelties acquires US Toy Co, expanding its position as a leading supplier of party supplies, light-up toys and novelties. The acquisition will further diversify Windy City’s product portfolio and strengthen its position in novelty industries.

US Toy’s commercial division will continue to be led by Jack Rollin and Don Dewitt, and the specialty toy division will be led by Doug Bordegon, Bill Bordegon and Jeff Bunkowske.

The acquisition will allow Windy City to better serve existing customers while expanding into new markets. The combined company will benefit from greater operating efficiencies, product availability and competitive pricing. As a division of US Toy, Constructive Playthings will continue to operate independently under family ownership.
