A new trailer for the director has been released Pedro Almodovardrama, next door roomStarring tilda swinton and Julianne Moore.
The script is also written by Almodovar and is adapted from the novel ” what are you going through go through Sigrid Nunez. The film also stars Alessandra Nivola, John Turturro, Alex Hogg Andersen, Melina Matthews, Juan Diego Boto, Victoria Luongoand Esther McGregor.
The plot synopsis is as follows: Ingrid (Julianne Moore) and Martha (Tidath Van Damme) were close friends when they were young, when they worked at the same magazine.
Ingrid later became an autobiographical novelist, while Martha became a war correspondent, and they were separated by the circumstances of their lives. After years of losing contact, they meet again in an extreme yet strangely sweet circumstance.
This may seem like a heavy drama, but considering the talent of the actors, it seems to be a great production. The film premiered at the 2024 Venice Film Festival and won the Golden Lion.
