Peacock releases full trailer for adult horror thriller The Satanic Panic hysteria! it looks like it’s going to provide some seriously fun entertainment! I’m so excited to watch this show!
hysteria! Explore the dark history of mass hysteria in America through the shocking story of teenage Satanic panic. The show tells the story of a group of high school misfits in the 1980s who exploit the growing hysteria surrounding teenage occult activities.
Here’s the full plot synopsis: “When a beloved college quarterback goes missing during the ‘Satanic Panic’ of the late 1980s, a struggling high school heavy metal band made up of outcasts realize… They’re able to capitalize on the town’s sudden interest in the occult, forming a satanic metal band, until a series of bizarre murders, kidnappings, and reported “paranormal activity” spark a leather-clad witch hunt that ultimately points directly to them .
The show is composed of writers and executive producers Matthew Scott Kane (stapler) and David Goodman (The Orville), they shared in a statement:
“[The series is] It’s about the excitement, spiritual rebellion, and inner longing of youth, as well as the fear of growing up and realizing that the world you thought you knew has changed beneath your feet.
“We want parents and children (age appropriate of course) to enjoy the chills, laughter, music, and hysterics! Together. Growing up is scary. So is raising children.
Kong: Skull Island director Jordan Vogt Roberts Directed the premiere episode. John Francis Daly and Jonathan Goldstein (Dungeons and Dragons, game night) is an execution product.
The cast includes Garrett Dillahunt (The last house on the left), Nolan North (pretty Little Liars), Elijah Richardson (Fantasy Football), Millie Shapiro (genetic), Alison Scagliotti (Warehouse No. 13) and Jessica Codd (alex and me) who co-starred Bruce Campbell, Julie Bowen, Anna Camp, Emje Anthony, Chiara Aurelia, Cozy Curtisand Nikki Hahn.
