EA Sports has released a launch trailer for FC 25, which is now available in early access for those who purchase the premium version, ahead of its launch to everyone on September 27. The trailer shows legendary footballer David Beckham receiving a phone call but choosing to ignore it, instead turning up the volume on the TV and leaning forward to really focus.
The trailer cuts between game footage and live-action scenes to illustrate the dedication to the real-world sport, with X-ray close-ups of gnarled blisters, ball-bruised stomachs and bruised ankles. Spirit. There’s even a quick shot of a player bending over in exhaustion and spitting out his lunch. Watch the launch trailer for yourself below.
21-year-old star Jude Bellingham becomes the global cover star of FC 25. , he will also appear on the cover.
He’s not the only cover star for FC 25, the game’s ultimate edition features Bellingham alongside Aitana Bonmati, David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Gianluigi Buffon.

FC 25 is the latest entry in EA’s 2024 sports game lineup, following July’s College Football 25 and August’s Madden NFL 25. FC 25 will officially launch on September 27, and NHL 25 will launch in early October.
