    Set in the space science fiction future as the background, Mickey 17 Mickey Barnes (Pattinson) has a dangerous job where death is not just a risk but a guarantee. However, every time he breaks free from this mortal bondage, he snaps back to his old self and his company clones him so he can continue working as usual.

    This seems like a pretty bad job, especially since Mickey seems to remember every horrific death. Unfortunately, his horrific life takes a turn for the worse when he discovers that one of his clones has survived, putting them both at risk of more permanent death.

    although Mickey 17The plot does look quite grim, with the trailer being much more light-hearted than its premise suggests. It looks like we can expect more of the dark humor that first brought Bong Joon-ho to international attention. Movie The cast is also star-studded, with Naomi Ackie, Steven Yeun, Toni Collette and Mark Ruffalo joining Pattinson.
