Just a few days ago, Pathea Games finally revealed what’s next for the My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandstone series, and of course, the third installment will be another open-world simulation game; My time at Yonghui. The sequel looks to be one of Pathea’s most ambitious projects to date, and it’s once again asking for fan support via Kickstarter to help it meet and exceed the expectations of the developers and upcoming players.
When funding its project, Pathea Games stated that the game would have a budget of $7 to $8 million (My Time at Sandrock previously had a total budget of $12 million, including Kickstarter pledges); Additional funds are raised from fans who support the game, allowing more and more features to be added to the game.

Pathea Games wrote in a post on Reddit: “Throughout the development of My Time at Portia and My Time in Sandstone, we learned a lot and identified areas for improvement. When we created For the third game, we will use all this experience to enhance the content and overall quality of the game.
“We believe My Time at Evershine will be a game you will love, and we hope you continue to support us on this journey.”
From a hands-off look at the game, My Time at Evershine already expands on its predecessor in many positive ways. Pathea Games takes reviews and player feedback seriously, and that’s evident from the developer’s plans for its latest project. Perhaps one of the most requested features is the ability to play the story campaign with friends in multiplayer; My Everlasting Days promises up to four players.

Best of all, while you’ll still be a builder in My Everlasting Time, just like you were in My Sandstone Time, you’ll have more power and control over it as a governor. control of the city. You’ll be able to DIY your own buildings, recruit settlers, tame different territories and expand your own, all in an effort to defend your people – the Alliance – from the threat of the Duvos Empire. That said, you also need to make sure you take care of your settlers.
My Time at Evershine plans to be more adventurous than its predecessor, giving players more autonomy and responsibility, and giving long-time fans the new and improved features they’ve been asking for. There are certainly more romantic characters and, notably, a more mature art style, which I personally am delighted with.
While it looks like players will have their work cut out for them in My Everlasting Days, developer Pathea Games seems to have more work to do with the ambitious sequel. Are you looking forward to the latest installment in the My Time series? Let us know.
