Cup Noodles continues the tradition of imitating masterpieces
The Nissin Cup Noodles commercial is interesting. They often border on the ridiculous but are memorable, such as in 2010 when an instant noodle brand aired a series of commercials parodying famous songs, such as by Freddie Mercury and “You Give Love a Bad Name” by Bon Jovi. Continuing their tradition of parody ads, Cup Noodles recently released a new ad parodying the infamous 2010 El Shaddai: The Ascension of Metatron E3 trailer.

Surprisingly, Cup Noodles takes the parody a step further by quoting the following in the film’s description: El Shaddai: The Ascension of Metatron E3 trailer opens. Of course, as a parody, a few lines were changed to reflect that the film was a Cup Noodles commercial. The instructions are as follows:
