Where to find Glintstone Nail and Glintstone Nails
You can purchase the Amphibole Nail and the Amphibole Nail from Count Ymir at the Cathedral of Manus Mel in Skarduartes for 12,000 runes each. However, he won’t sell these spells until you complete the first step of his side quest.

Talk to Count Ymir and get the ruins map and the Hole Necklace. The necklace must be taken to Rhea’s Finger Ruins, which you can find in the southern part of the South Shore area.
Starting from the finger ruins of Rhea Grace Ruins, enter the depths of the finger ruins and walk towards the big finger clock surrounded by even bigger fingers. When interacting with this bell, you will receive a Crimson Seed Amulet +1 (which increases the effectiveness of your healing bottles). Afterwards, return to Count Ymir.

When you talk to Count Ymir again, he will give you another map of the ruins and the beloved Stardust Amulet. Additionally, you can now purchase some new spells from him, including Glintstone Nail and Glintstone Nails.
