Someone pointed out to me that maybe I could be more fair to other Marvel games. I’m always covering Marvel Snapshot (Free) whenever it gets an update of any kind but others tend to be relegated to best updated articles on Mondays. This…makes sense! So let’s enjoy Marvel for a minute and see how other Marvel games are doing so far. Facts have proved that both Marvel Future Fight (free) and Marvel Clash of Champions (FREE) There are some cool events going on right now. Let’s take a look!
First, in Marvel Future FightIron Man time is up! You know Tony. He’s always formulating new suits, looking for bigger and better guns to deal with any situation. This special event was inspired by Invincible Iron Manand provides some new themes for Tony and Pepper. Here’s what you can expect at this event, straight from the update notes:
“The Invincible Iron Man has joined Marvel Future Fight.
Defeat your enemies with upgraded suits!
1. Added new uniforms!

Okay, now let’s talk about the popular fighting games now, Marvel Clash of Champions. New events for the game usually bring some new playable fighters, and at this stage in the game’s life, some of these cuts are getting really deep. I don’t think we’ll ever see a Marvel fighting game roster this diverse again. Like Count Nefaria? Seriously? As a long-time Marvel fan from way back, I love seeing these less common characters appear, let alone as playable characters. Head over to the update notes to give you a full summary of all of this:

Shathra
The daughter of the ancient goddesses Oshtur and Gaia, Shathra came from a world that came to be known as the Loomworld. Shathra’s mission was to create a celestial map of humanity, however, after being surpassed by her sister Ness, she became jealous and resentful of her sister and the great web she designed. Consumed by her revenge and jealousy, Shathra succumbed to her wild nature and destroyed everything her sister had created, one spider at a time.
New tasks and activities
Event Quest – Mythical Lupus
Someone promises to overturn the Collector’s ship! Summoners are summoned to banish these evildoers! But as they travel deeper into the spaceship, they also find themselves in deeper trouble, as each villain seems to be hatching his own plan to best exploit the Collector’s treasure. Can the Summoner take on these villains? Or will they go down with the ship? Find out in FABULA Lupus!
Side Quests – The Greatest Game
The maestro has announced a four-month celebratory tournament to celebrate his return. The festivities begin in the Arena Maximus, a series of games and challenges hosted by Count Nefaria. The Count will not accept any game that is not the best, the strongest, the greatest. So dare to enter LUDUM MAXIMUS!
Nefaria knows that true combat is a combination of skill and luck, so 5 times a week the map will be opened with random paths filled with terrifying enemies!
Act 9; Chapter 1
Grikan has self-destructed, but Ouroboros’s sinister plot is far from over. However, there appear to be few clues as to where to go next. Luckily (depending on your definition of luck) Superior Kang has some secrets to share in the form of holotapes scattered across the Battlefield world. Mister Fantastic and Dr. Doom send the Summoner on an intelligence retrieval mission, but they’re not the only ones looking for answers. Will the past come back to haunt the battlefield? Introducing our third installment in the saga: Glorious Games! To celebrate the history of the game and his triumph, the Grand Master declared that the game would be celebrated for four months. Each month of the saga will revolve around a different gameplay element, starting with Circus Maximus in September and ending with the festivities of the Grand Banquet in December! Featuring a classic ancient aesthetic, thrilling champion chases, surprising champion reworks, and new types of activities and missions, Glorious Games is sure to celebrate our 10th anniversary in style!
Field activities
Get ready to fight alongside every summoner on the battlefield! Domain events are a new type of event where points will be contributed globally. Once global and individual point contribution thresholds are reached, milestone rewards can be claimed. For those more competitive summoners, ranked rewards will also be up for grabs, including exclusive and unique player titles.
That’s it. Never let it be said that Sean isn’t interested in a level playing field. kind of. Regardless, both events look pretty cool, and if you haven’t played these games before or haven’t played them before, this might be another good opportunity to try them out. I mean, I knew I was going to try Count Nefaria. Look at him! He is so evil! He is in cahoots with evildoers! Wave fist? More like ha—No-Ken! Okay, sorry. I’ll leave now. enjoy!
