Exotic Armor
Essentialism/Solipsism/Stoicism (Strange Project)

Xur will only sell these to you once you’ve completed Duality, as simply unlocking the quest isn’t enough. Xur won’t have exotic items every week, so you’ll need to farm the odd coin in order to have enough money to buy multiple rolls.
Celestial Nighthawk (Exotic Hunter Helmet)

Celestial Nighthawk is a classic from Destiny 2’s first year, allowing you to fire one high-damage shot from your super golden gun instead of three. With this exotic sniper rifle, you can reduce the cooldown of your super very quickly, and it works well with sniper rifles that still hunt exotics even after the recent nerfs. The stats for this helmet are weird, as its flex, strength, and discipline are all very low, while recovery is almost maxed out. Intelligence is also high, so if you’re all about the uber-centric nature of this helmet, it might be a good choice this week.

Isolation Cover (Exotic Titan Breastplate)

Like the best Titan exotics, Severance Enclosure enhances your punching abilities with some explosive firepower. As long as you have a charged melee ability, you can fight anything in your way with your fists. Strength and Discipline are pretty good on this roll, recovery is average, and Resilience could be better since this exotic’s mobility is unnecessarily high. It’s not an entirely bad version of the chest plate, and since Xur is rarely in stock, it’s worth buying now as it still has a lot of potential.

- Recovery: 12
- Discipline: 19
- Intelligence: 2

Crown of the Storm (Exotic Warlock Helmet)

Sure, it’s one of the ugliest exotics in Destiny, but Stormcrown makes up for it, and it’s awesome to equip when you’re using the Arc subclass, as it buffs the duration of Stormtrance Super, and increases Arc’s Charging Speed Abilities are generated when you apply an ability or shock effect on an enemy. It also does a great job of quickly charging your Super when using the Prismatic subclass, so it’s worth being a walking fashion disaster when wearing it. As for the stats, they’re a bit spread out, but the good news is you gain high elasticity and strength. Recovery needs to be strengthened and disciplined moderately, as mobility can eat up some points in these categories.

Xur changes the way he does business in The Final Shape. For his rotating selection of Exotic Weapon Catalysts, he sells two per week. His selection will consist of older Catalysts found through random drops prior to the Witch Queen expansion, and he will not own quests, exotic quests, season pass exotics, campaign exotics, pre-order exotics, raid exotics Or dungeon exotic related catalysts.
In addition to the Hawkmoon, Xur will also sell three random exotic weapons. Xur will still sell legendary armor and weapons, as well as engrams that can randomly spawn any item in those pools. Like other vendors, Xur now has its own reputation track, and the more you spend, the more reputation rewards you get, including exotic codes after each rank reset.
Additionally, Xur’s loyalty program activates after you spend 47 Strange Coins, giving you Strange Favor buffs. It is valid for 11 days and can be stacked up to 3 times (once per week), giving you the opportunity to earn extra Strange Coins from activities that reward currency. Xur will appear in Destiny 2 every weekend, with a daily reset starting every Friday at 10am PT/1pm ET.
