Universal Pictures releases behind-the-scenes footage for Blumhouse’s upcoming horror thriller Don’t say bad words. It explores the original Danish horror film as well as its remake and how the chilling story has been retold.
James McAvoy Explains: “It’s a completely different movie. We took the original and pushed it as far as we could.
In the film, “When an American family is invited to spend a weekend at the idyllic country estate of a charming British family they met on vacation, what is supposed to be a dream vacation quickly turns into a chaotic psychological nightmare. “
The film has been described as “an intense suspense thriller for the modern era”, and McEvoy is said to give a “riveting performance as a charismatic male lord of the manor whose unbridled hospitality belies an unspeakable darkness”.
The movie is from the director James Watkinsand also a star Mackenzie Davis, Scott McNairyand Aisling Francesi.
Universal Pictures will release Don’t say bad words Released on September 13, 2024.
