
Insurgency announces new special issue for landmark British horror weekly Scream! On the occasion of celebrating its 40th anniversaryth Anniversary year. 64 pages Scream! 40 years of terror Special program will feature new content from classic series Thirteenth floor and Dracula Files Next to it are two brand new one-shot shockers.
Scream! 40 years of terror It will be released physically and digitally in the UK on November 4th, priced at £5.99, and in the US on December 11th (preview code: SEP241987), retailing for $9.99.

Scream! is an anthology comic from the short-lived British weekly published by IPC Magazine from March to June 1984. actionGrowing public concern over “obnoxious films” and pressure groups such as Mary Whitehouse’s National Association of Viewers and Listeners meant that the publisher soon got cold feet and soft-cancelled the title, merging it into their in revival eagle comics. Although the comic only ran for 15 issues, it still has a passionate fan base. In May 2024, Rebellion released 40 years of screaming! The 464-page hardcover, which contains all fifteen issues, is already sold out on their website.
Shout! It follows other successful revivals of classic British anthologies – this year alone, Gail Simone’s Misty and the romance Roxy (Roxy) A successful Kickstarter campaign for a contemporary reinterpretation. And that’s not forgetting the just-released third season of the revival of Garth Ennis’ War Comics Anthology combat operations.
