What are medals and what do they do
Medals are the first items dropped by bosses after they die. They always give players unique abilities that give them an upper hand when fighting other players. But there’s a problem: the player’s approximate location is always exposed to everyone. If a player has multiple medals, their location is clearly revealed.

Doombot’s Siphon Medal
This is probably one of the better medals you should try to get. When you kill someone with this medal equipped, you immediately steal their health, which is very useful when you’re fighting a lot of people at the same time.
The Doombot Siphon Medal also spawns in the Doombot Castle, and as the name suggests, the only way to obtain it is to kill the Doombot in the throne room.
Mysterio’s Stealth Medal
This medal allows the user to become invisible while crouching. This is ideal for close combat or when entering the final lap.
To get Mysterio’s Invisibility Medal, you first need to kill Mysterio. He always spawns in the center of Doomstadt.
Emma Frost’s Revealed Medal
This medal is suitable for any situation as it randomly tags enemies in your area. The only downside is that you can’t control when it happens – but other than that, it’s helpful!
If you want to get Emma Frost’s Revealed Medal, you need to kill her. Don’t worry as she will spawn at the raft and can be found on a chair in the main prison area.
