Paramount+ offers a set of sneak peek photos from Season 2 Taylor Sheridanof lionessand announced that it will premiere on October 27. I thought the first season of this series was great, so I’m looking forward to seeing the story continue.
lioness Season 2 is currently filming in Texas, starring Zooey Saldana, Nicole Kidman, Lesla de Oliveira, Genesis Rodriguez and Michael Kellyand Morgan Freeman.
The show, which was inspired by an actual U.S. military program, “follows the life of Jo (Saldana) as she attempts to balance her personal and professional lives as the tip of the spear in the CIA’s war on terror.
In Season 2, “As the CIA’s war against terrorism looms, Joe (Saldanha), Caitlin (Kidman) and Byron (Kelly) recruit a new mother Lion agents are here to infiltrate a previously unknown threat.
“As pressure mounts from all sides, Jo is forced to confront the enormous personal sacrifice she has made as the leader of the Lioness program.”
The series also stars Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, LaMonica Garrett, James Jordan, Austin Herbert, Jonah Walton, Thad Luckinbill and Hannah Love Lanier.
