As you would expect, a new monster hunter The game is sure to bring a host of quality-of-life changes that series veterans and newcomers alike will enjoy. One of the biggest adjustments is Monster Hunter Wilds‘The map is now 3D. In the past, maps have been flat in trying to convey the sheer density of different biomes, which can be a bit confusing for players who aren’t already familiar with the layout of the area. Now, it should be a lot of Easier to maneuver across wild‘ Huge new environment.

When you’re in a big fight, you’re usually looking for weak points, hoping to cripple a monster’s actions or abilities, and get parts of the monster that used to fall off and show up as shiny pieces that needed to be collected manually. That doesn’t seem to be entirely the case anymore, now when you break part of a monster you’ll automatically pick up the smaller pieces, meaning you now don’t have to scramble to get that last piece in combat. You still need to carve larger pieces, such as tails, and can now climb on dead monsters to harvest them. Hey, if you’re injured after a battle or on the way to another and don’t want to choose between different potions, there’s now a dynamic healing option that chooses the best potion based on your health.

interestingly, dynamite barrel (previously static) can now be picked up and thrown towards enemies and possibly teammates. A million little changes like this should make dealing with all the nuts and bolts beyond monster killing simpler and more approachable than in its predecessor. Oh, and by the way, I’ll also attribute that to “changes in quality of life,” dynamite barrel (previously static) can now be picked up and thrown towards enemies and possibly teammates. See, friends who can prank me are important to the “quality” of my “life”. This is important!
