Pat Noster and the Mission of Light is made of Christopher Bickle“the brainchild of an adventurous underground director whose work has previously received critical acclaim theta girl (2017) and bad girl (2022) sent shockwaves through the underground film community.

The film tells the story of Max, “a young record store clerk who stumbles upon a rare vinyl record and is drawn into the world of a 1970s hippie commune. Max and her friends are influenced by The invitation of the remnants of a bizarre cult and its evil spawn leads to serious and terrifying situations.
“We made underground films with very little money for the love of our art,” Bickel said in a statement. “This was literally our backyard.
“That’s not to say we don’t do our best to make our product the best it can be with the resources we have. Everything I know about filmmaking I learned from punk rock.
“The movies we made were punk rock demo tapes. We operated outside of Hollywood focus groups and traditional distribution routes.
These guys make movies for the love of filmmaking, and it looks like they’ve created an absolutely insane experience that will stick in the minds of viewers.
On top of that, we also wrote and recorded an entire album for the film, playing a part in the cult-immersive psychedelic themed music.
The music will be released as a double LP set and a 5.1 surround audio disc accompanying the film’s Blu-ray release.
The film will be released in fall 2024.
