The six-part series will premiere on Apple’s streaming service in late August. kpop idol Follow rapper/singer Jessi, boy band CRAVITY and girl group BLACKSWAN through the rigorous process of becoming global K-pop successes. You’ll take vocal and dance lessons and hear their stories about the ups and downs of pop music fame.
Executive Producer Elise Chung brings us the Netflix production Golden Empiresaid the goal of the documentary was to “pull back the curtain on the competitive world of K-pop and reveal the human stories behind the stars.”
