Two things that have taken the internet by storm recently are Roblox’s dress-up game Dress to Impress and Charli XCX’s summer album BRAT. In a collaboration that no one saw coming, but that fans of both sides will undoubtedly welcome, Dress to Impress will receive a BRAT-themed update on August 17, 2024.
It’s tomorrow, so cancel your BRAT summer-related plans for this weekend and prepare a new collection of apparel and accessories to show off on the runway at Dress to Impress.

The collaboration was announced on August 12 via — and a brand new fashion show. Whether we’ll see BRAT walking in the game tomorrow is uncertain, but one thing we know for sure is that more models will be killing harder than usual.
Although, mostly because half the players I compete with don’t fit the theme half the time. I’m just a little bitter that they somehow beat me every time.
Images of the new changes to the Dress to Impress hall have also been shared, with the BRAT stage decorated with green LED lights and album logos.

“Dress to Impress” was only launched in November 2023, and it quickly became famous in Roblox and became one of the most popular games. Over the past month or so, it seems inevitable that people will mention this game—TikTok, my friends, streamers. And, well, after sworn off Roblox, I gave the game a try myself and found it to be awesome. It’s also become surprisingly competitive, which keeps me coming back more and more to climb the “dress to impress” ranks.
I certainly don’t need to be the one to tell you that Charli XCX’s latest album, BRAT, is worth listening to. This is Charli XCX at her peak, packed with mood-boosting party songs. The collaboration with Dress to Impress is just one of Charli XCX’s recent surprise collaborations. Billie Eilish and Lorde are one of her more well-known recent collaborators. It may not be the best album to accompany your average gaming session, but it will certainly drown out the elevator music of Dress to Impress.
Regardless, if you’ve made it through BRAT’s tracklist, be sure to check out Charli XCX ft. Billie Eilish’s Guess when Dress to Impress plays this weekend. This is my favorite.
